Friends of Sierra Sands (“FOSS,” “we” or “us”) operates friendsofsierrasands.org (“Site”).  We respect your privacy.

 

Our policy is simple. We do not sell, rent or share your information. All information regarding visitors to our Website, our community, our community’s contacts or other consumers that our community members share are treated carefully and as described in this Privacy Policy. By using our Site, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy.

This 10DLC & Toll-Free Privacy Policy is in addition to and supplements all other privacy and data security obligations of "FOSS", including our operations, employment and website privacy policies (collectively, our “Privacy Policy”). It describes our obligations and practices of how we collect and use customer consent and opt-ins for our texting and/or email services and programs.

Contacts reached by our community may contact us at info@friendsofsierrasands.org, providing us with your relevant contact information (phone number/s) and we will remove your information from our database for a specific customer or all customer per your instructions.  We will comply with your requests.
